Residents of the Assisted Living program at Pasadena Highlands are encouraged to live life to their highest level of independence. When assistance is needed, our staff is available 24 hours, providing person-centered care to help our residents live with joy each day. Services we provide include assistance with medications, personal laundry, bathing, and grooming. Assisted Living residents are invited to take part in a variety of enriching daily activities, including games, exercise classes, and off-campus trips.

At Pasadena Highlands, we know how difficult it can be when a loved one is experiencing memory loss. Our focus is on providing a comfortable and supportive environment that feels like home. As part of our person-centered approach to care, our professional staff collaborates with family members to develop a personalized care program – including personalized activities – designed with your loved one’s unique needs and interests in mind. Our Memory Care philosophy is built on the Five Pillars for Compassionate Care – personalized and wholistic care, days with dignity, a team approach, engaging the senses, and culinary experiences.

For residents who are experiencing some cognitive impairment but are not yet in need of our full Memory Care program, we also offer our specialized Moments in Time (MIT) program. MIT is filled with engaging activities designed to help residents maintain mental function and enjoy day-to-day life.
