Executive Director
As an Executive Director, Kay brings a wealth of knowledge and a deeply caring touch to our community. Born and raised right here in California, Kay is a Licensed Vocational Nurse, who has dedicated the last three decades to serving individuals across Riverside, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Her extensive background in both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings speaks volumes about her commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
Kay understands that choosing a new home is a significant decision, and she is passionate about creating an environment where every resident feels safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Her experience allows her to anticipate the unique needs of our residents and to work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure their health and wellness goals are met with compassion and understanding.
Beyond her professional dedication, Kay’s warm and engaging personality shines through. When she’s not focused on the well-being of our community, she cherishes spending time with her eight beloved grandchildren and enjoys the enriching experience of attending musicals and plays. This love for family and the arts reflects her appreciation for connection, joy, and the importance of a fulfilling life – values she brings to her role every day at Pasadena Highlands.
