Executive Director

I joined WellQuest Living as the Director of Health and Wellness. Born and raised in California, I have had the opportunity to work with many healthcare companies in Riverside/ Orange County/LA. I have 30 years’ experience and an extensive background in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. I also love to spend time with my 8 grandchildren or going to see a musical or play.

Sales & Marketing Director

After working for over 20 years in the hotel industry, I started serving seniors and their families in 2014. I am passionate about improving seniors’ lives through the incredible attributes and the legendry service our community has to offer. Let me know how I can serve you!

Marketing Director

I was born and raised in York City and I have one daughter and 2 grandchildren. I come from a family in the Medical field and my dream was to always be a nurse. I’ve been a geriatric nurse for 31 years. My passion is Assisted Living and I love helping people. I also have a Homeless Ministry and I go into the jails to speak to the women about bettering their lives. I’m currently working on my Honorary Doctrine in Theology. It’s an honor to serve the residents and their families here at Carmel Village.

Business Office Director

It is my pleasure to assist residents and their families and be an advocate to not only our residents and families, but our staff as well. I also enjoy creating a positive work environment.

Director of Health & Wellness

My background is in Human Services and Health Care for over 20 years. I am humbly grateful for all the experiences I have and will encounter at the Highlands. It is my pleasure to be here and to be able to enhance the quality of life for every resident, as well as provide comfort and support to their families. I appreciate the opportunity to work in a familial environment where residents, families and staff are all striving toward a common goal. I am a local of the city of Roses, a mother of three and a passionate woman who loves life and cherishes humanity.

Maintenance Director

It’s been an honor to serve our residents at Pasadena Highlands for the last 14 years. I love what I do and enjoy bringing a smile to a resident when hanging a picture or fixing a TV remote control. I’ve created great friendships with our residents and they have become family.

Director of Housekeeping

I’ve been with Pasadena Highlands for 17 years and have loved it. Each resident feels like family to me since I’m so far from my relatives who all live in Santiago, Chile. Working at Pasadena Highlands has given me purpose and a sense of community.
